So whats up with my scorpio ex???

So he and i had went out last summer,he's a friend of my cousin and her boyfriends.He broke up with my 3 times and after the third time I told him no more we're better off as friends.Im a Scorpio ascendan Pluto Conjunct and a Cancer sun aries moon,Venus is in gemini mars in taurus. Im not so sure what his ascendant is.But his sun is in Scorpio moon in Aquarious,Venus is in Scorpio,Mars in Aquarious.And now he keeps askign about just to hook up(*** with no strings atached) i tell him no,and he goes im just kidding.Whenever I have a new boyfriend he will ask me about them,saying that he wants to meet them.I ask why,and he says "Cus I want to beat his a$$".Whenever him and i are hangouting wiht my cousin and her boyfriend he always trys to bring up ex girls friends,or talk about a girl he finds attractive if there is any near us,and tells me bout his supposibly new friends with benefits.I took his virginity as well,I have told him the only other kind of relationship we'll have is a commited relationship.hesays he has too many probs in his life right now.So please tell me whats up with him?And what draws him so attached to me astrologicaly besides the virginity thing.Which the virginty is a no brainer.
