I lost some visual basic active x controls see details please?

after installing they were visible in visual basic toolbox i designed a program with them and during debugging visual basic crashed it was no big deal the proram was simple i could remake it easily however when i reopened visual basic and they werent in tool box i checked and they were still installed and i repaired them i called my dad and he said restart computer so i did they still arent visible in toolbox but are still installed its pissing me off!!!
