Is this a bad diet/healthy diet?

So far today I've had a blueberry muffin, a ham sandwhich on rye bread, 10 stawberries, an apple, a clementine, and i will most likely be having lasagna tonight. and i ran 3 miles today. Is there anything more i should or shouldn't be doing if i want to slim down?
