Need a Reception Hall in Chesapeake, VA?

I was trying to plan for a wedding this year, but I am having a HARD time trying to find a reception hall around Chesapeake - Norfolk area that is not going to cost me an arm and a leg. I am having 100 people total. I am looking to get married on Halloween. And I need to do this low budget and it is not easy being new to the area! Please any help would be great!
