Obama agrees with Mexico & blames America for the increasing violence in Mexico didn't Obama do coke?

So SWEET to see our dear Hillary "pledges to reduce demand for drugs in U.S." - meaning she & Bill will cut back on snorting coke & and smoking "POT"....So generous of Obama & his cronies to send help to Mexico to combat drug violence there, Don`t you wish Mexico would do same for us here & send help to us to combat the ILLEGALS?...Like maybe several billion $$ help?
