You mean for missions right? That one was near the ruins of the Yaschas Mif Highlands. Its a bit obscure but unless you have a map of the FF13 Highlands, its hard to explain. pretty much on the normal map that comes up when you go to the map option on your menu, keep going south from there and you should get to it.
