30 weeks and noticed little dots on my and on the ....?

side of my by my thighs -- i noticed little purple bumps, i dont know if its a stretch mark about to grow or what, but its NOT a boil, you cant pop it. my was SOOOOO preTTy! and now im so embared....i know its all part of pregnancy but can i lather up on the lotion so it wont get worse, my is sooo white now, can i go tanning (obviously not the tanning bed, but how about mistifying or bronzing??) maybe that will make my look pretty again and cover all those little dots?
