Is there a complaint website for Yahoo?

I've been with yahoo for 15 years using there search engine, email and soliciting there websites. Within the past year I am barely able to do a thing without receiving unwanted advertisements. I understand ever business must generate income, but today look at pictures of grammy fashions clicking through a set of 45 pictures was interupted with advertisesments 11 times. I am unable to read sports pages now without my entire page suddenly moving down when an advertisement pop up. Is there a yahoo site or email to voice my displeasure?
