"Change Pword" leads me to "Sorry, the page you requested..." error?

I followed instructions: Go to top left of your email page and click Hi,xxx then Account Info, (enter pword), scroll down to Sign-In and Security and click Change Pword" but (even after clearing cookies, etc.) I am led to a page with: Sorry, the page you requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization.
