Arab crossdressers?

Just out of curiousity. I've heard that Japanese x-dressers dig kimonos-the ones here in the U.S. dress like ho's-I can only guess what the ones in France look like. But what do the ones in moslem countries do?All the women look the same, all wrapped up head to toe.Is that "y" to their x-vestites?
