no need to panic.. I'm not a professional doctor to diagnose you, but I can say that eveything that you just mentioned is normal. Your body is obviously not use to getting pregnant, and so everything in your body changes, from hormones to whatever extent. The white sticky discharge is just from the mucus membrane from the uterus. If you are really worried though its always best to check with your doctor.
