Working Moms: Why did you decide not to stay home?

Did you decide to continue working because you wouldn't be able to provide food and shelter? For a little extra cash? You loved your job? They wouldn't take you back if you left? Your husband stayed home? You were the biggest breadwinner, but your husband didn't want to stay home? Had family to care for your child? Or other?
