Hmm. I'm in High School, and I know that if I turned this in (my teachers are HARD graders), I probably wouldn't get any higher than a D. First off, I would start by using the full title of the book rather than just Huck Finn. Second, there are many typos and missing punctuation that need to be fixed. It also seems like a very short essay (not sure the length your teacher wants it to be..), and you never ever ever use first or second person in a formal essay. No I's, you's, or we's (we know you're writing it, therefore everything, it is implied, is your idea)!!! Also, in formal essays, you never use contractions - don't won't it's... fix those and make them their complete words. You need to develop a strong thesis, and that being said, your introdcution paragraph needs to be longer and more explanatory.

Ugly baseboards help!?

My Metal baseboard enclosures are dented rusted and ugly. I could remove them sand them pound out the dents and repaint them but that is alot more work and expenense than you may realize. I have seen just the metal enclosures a lowes but I can not bring myself to spend the money. Just the enclosure for a 6 foot section for example cost about $60. The enclosure with the piping and fins cost only about $10 of $15 bucks more. Are there any other cheaper replacements out there? I thought about building them out of wood ( I probally have every woodworking tool known to man available to me) but I know the wood will expand & contract & eventally warp and look bad also. any suggestions???

Yes. Sometimes good people go to jail, I'll be the first one to admit it. There are some situations where we HAVE to make arrests, regardless of our personal feelings about it. Definitly the pmr. I own both ( im kinda a paintball freak) and the pmr is a higher end gun. The only reason they are the same price is because the pmr is a year old but it is a higher end gun. You will not be dissapointed. You will need a tank, and the hopper does not need to be upgraded until you start outshooting it. On the PMR, you will need to upgrade the back cap, but that will only be 20 bucks. You would need a new backcap on the slg aswell.

My 18 month old son won't say any clear words.?

My son is 18-19 months old and does not say any clear words. He does use certain "words" for certain things-for example, he says daa for dog, dat for cat, and dit for dirt. He can do some animal sounds-he growls for tiger and moos for cow. He is very sharp in every area and knows and does anything I say. He points to many things in books-where is the cat, where is the tree ect.- and puts together wooden puzzles. My question is, are there any moms out there whose son is the same way? What advice to you have? If your son was this way and now speaks, what did you do to help him? Should I worry or see a speech therapist yet? I am a stay at home mom and I know what he wants. I have tried getting him to speak by not giving him what he wants, but, it never works, he just cries or forgets about it. Any advice would be great.

It seems Obama has no political backbone to put up a fight. He still has a majority and he backed down to something him and his party do not believe in. That's why his party is against him, he sold him out on the Bush tax cuts. And I have to agree with the party. Bill Clinton, like him or not, had political backbone. He fought for what he believed in. He allowed the government to close down until he made the majority opposition capitulate to him. Obama doesn't have the backbone for the fight. The right move would of been to let the tax cuts expire and force the Republicans into a real compromise. Republicans have constituents in need of the unemployment extension as well. If Obama had any political savvy he would of used the power of the press to paint the Republicans as villains as Clinton did so well with a Republican congress. In short, Obama capitulated and gave Republicans everything they wanted in exchange for an extension of unemployment benefits. Hopefully, this dies in congress because this kind of legislation will continue to bury us in debt.

Why can't I do anything right?

My parents are never happy with what I do or want to do. I've worked some extremely varied and back-breaking jobs. I worked with my father as a custodian for a few years and now I'm going to college and still can't seem to make my parents happy. My mother just told me today that going to college is a cover up for not wanting to work. I got really angry when she said that and went for a drive. I don't believe my parents ever had enough confidence in me throughout my entire life, though they would argue otherwise. I was in the Marine Corps for a little over 2 years which didn't help at all. After I got out, my parents still didn't support my wanting to act but they paid back an educational loan that was nearly 10K for computer cles which never got me anywhere. Would auto clear coat be a good idea?

I have a piece of wood with a heat transfered graphic on it with a bunch of scratches, I want to put a sorta thick looking coat over it that is clear to preserve it while also minimizing the texture from all the scratches on it. I thought about epoxy but thought it to be too messy and toxic, so i was looking at auto clear coat but don't have a spray gun. okay, if this is for a tornament, your wasting your time. where is the theme? (don't say it is synchro, becuase this is the most broken synchro deck ever) try making a deck with a theme, if you like synchros, i suggest a quillbolt otk, or you can look at the decklist for the 5 d starter deck, and make it like thaty, with a warrior synchro theme. trust me when i say neither of these decks will work. i know becuase my friend built a crappy broken synchro deck, like this one, no theme at all. trust me, it lost every round.

How can I learn to just accept myself the way I am? I'm always putting pressure on myself to be a certain way around certain people. I act differently depending on the person I'm talking to. Just wondering because I used to have pretty dark brown eyes when I was younger but they have gotten lighter over the years and I can even see a little green in them now. Both my dad and my mum have hazel eyes so I was just wondering. I also have two sisters. One of them, named Molly has really dark brown eyes that she has had since birth and the other one, named Greta was born with light blue eyes that changed to a sort of sea green when she got older. I did everything in network settings, put in security key but it didn't work. It said check your security settings for your wireless IAN. So I went on my laptop, went on manage wireless networks, clicked on my network, clicked shared because it said personal meaning the connection is going to my laptop. My security type of router is WPA-2/PSK. My security key is definitely the right one, without capitals. signal strength is always good. But when I clicked on shared from my laptop on manage wireless networks my security key didn't work, and the security type changed from WPA to WEP. Can anybody tell me what's going on?

Ok, so I'm a senior in high school and have asked a very attractive girl to prom who I have feelings for. Diagnosed w/ PCOS 2 months later, preggers?? wahoo!?

So I was diagnosed almost 2 months ago with having PCOS. It was pretty upsetting news considering my partner and I had just decided we were going to start ttc. I had gone into the dr's with sort of abnormal periods and had some bloodwork done and lo and behold my dr. came back with my results saying that it was nearly impossible to become pregnant if you are positive for PCOS. After that, we had decided we weren't going to try anymore due to the news and also because we had given ourselves a timeline to stop because I am the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding next June. My periods the last couple of months had gone back to normal then I had noticed it was about 1 1/2 week late and started having just really odd cramps. I decided I would buy some hpts just to prove to myself it wasn't going to happen for me and they all came back positive!! My dr. told me that there are no risks after getting pregnant with PCOS but my mom had gotten me a book about it and stated that women with PCOS have a greater risk of gestational diabetes and miscarriage. The nurse that I talked to this morning told me the same thing the dr. did. I had them send a lab order for bloodwork to be done to check my Hcg level to make sure things looked as normal as we can see this early on. From what I determined I'm about 5-6 wks along (first day of last period was 9-9-10) I'm hoping to hear back with my results today. What all will they be able to tell me from this bloodwork? Normal hcg level for what week I'm in? get a better idea where I am in my pregnancy? Anyone else diagnosed with PCOS and wound up pregnant right after?? lol we are very happy but cautiously nervous parents. Thanks!

It could be based on the turtles' appetites or it could be a difference (females are larger). You might try to vary the food a bit to find something the smaller one likes better. Earthworms, bait fishes, and liver dusted in bone meal are all good. To avoid fighting, get a tank with the largest bottom area you can. Stiff-sided wading pools are great. Put in either one large basking area or two smaller ones. A slab of wood held at a slight angle is possibly the best. Musk turtles climb quite well to find basking areas.

I am trying to get down to 108 that 15 lbs... I eat 1800 or less calories a day by body combined with nursing covers that...i start out at zero calories.. I do cardio and "the stepper" for 3 hours a day that depletes 1800 calories then i do strength training abbs obliques upper body all that for another hour or two...Logically i should loose a pound every other day right? NO i gain 3 pounds lost it in about 4 days then woke up to day and gained 2 freaking pounds!! WTF how did again weight if any one knows please i'd love to hear it.
