Umbrella atoo or Macaw?

okay think of having a toddler in your house for the next 60 yrs and screaming at the top of its lungs !!! that is the best way I can describe it . My brother has one and he is out in an aviary and he still can be heard over the planes flying over his house . My brother has tried to adopt him out and everyone and I mean everyone has brought him back . My brother feels guilty about bothering his neighbors and whenever there is a new neighbor he gets a visit from animal control wanting to know if he beats his dog . OMG !!! it has been nothing but a nightmare for him since getting this atoo and he has had him for like 5 yrs . so I would go with the macaw if I were you . good luck .
