Are all the Baba's fake?

Babas like Ramdev,Satya sai,they all have so many properties to their name,if they are really god followers then why do they need so much money they can simply refuse all donation made by their devotees(by saying they don't need anything except gods love to live) or they can ask them to donate to orphanage,etc
