Help The Builder Wants or The Money?

My husband got a builder in to build a double garage for us we have paid him half the money but we don't have the rest until December as my husband is self employed and were are having financial difficulties anyway the builder has now said he won't wait that if i sleep with him 3 times a week for 1 month he will scrub the dept it's just he's into dominatrix and wants me to dress up in all this rubber and were a strap on what ever that is do you think we should do it? xx xx
