Ok..My BF may have a mild case of Borderline Personality Disorder, Im worried?

well it kind of seems you are making it more about what it'll do to your psyche, rather than how it affects his on a daily basis. trust me, having personality disorders are not fun. having depression and anxiety on top of that are overkill. try to understand that the kid is struggling, and needs help. he is lucky to have you, i'm sure you mean more to him that you realize. with these types of problems, there is no short answer, good luck to you and your BF may he find strength to overcome the day.
