Is there a free video clip archive/website where you can actually get the section of film you're after please?

internet archive.org is a great place to find stuff, but as for more commercial stuff like Kill Bill, you'll need to actually rip it from a DVD or easier, find an AVI file of it and chop it up. Seriously thats the only way.
